Been really busy nowadays. I'm having 2 major project which is my showreel and finals. Showreel is a compilation of animations or any other artworks. And here is one of mine.
Please feel free to give any comments at all.
The model is not done by me, just the animation. This is just a simple run and jump with a bit of story behind it. Haven't given more feelings and life to it yet. Will be busy again.

Hey, your work has improved dramatically XD Great job 8D Just a few things though, the front part walking duration, the shoulders are going up and down too much, a little weird for a normal work to have so much hand motion. And maybe you can exaggerate the landing of the jump more 8D Does the rig have stretchy joint?
Hey, great job man! :D I second what Xiaowen says. Additionally, I was thinking the part he was shocked and jumped could have been a hop backwards, instead of at the same place. And when he actually turns around and looks back, he could have a more contrasted pose compare to the moment he was looking forward.

the rig doesn't have stretchy limbs. only stretchy body.. weird. lol. and yea the starting part, gotta take it easy on the shoulders. haha.
my lecturers said the "take" was in between realistic and cartoony. i decided to do it cartoony by exaggerating it. yea that part needs lots of changes >.<

lol no time d. need to finish up these animation showreel asap, then work on finals. by the end of this month need to finish modeling. i'll post up the animatics soon.
here's some not-so-proffesional comments. i think u need to make the little guy's pants brown after he's shocked coz he should shit in his pants as its a strong expression of fear. u should add a bit of yellowish liquid dropping from his undies while running too. my name is jimi
